Data Backup in Advance

Guimeet may disassemble your camera for inspection, which could result in data loss. Please back up any photos, videos, and other data stored on the camera before sending it in to avoid losing your files.

Repair Fees

After receiving your product, the Guimeet After-Sales Service Center will conduct a detailed inspection. If no repair fee is required, the service order will be updated to “In Repair.” For non-artificial performance issues covered under warranty, repairs will be provided free of charge as applicable. For out-of-warranty repairs that require payment, Guimeet will send you a quote after the inspection. If you have any questions about the charges, please contact our technical support or call our service hotline.

Shipping Costs

If the inspection confirms a performance issue caused by non-artificial factors during the warranty period, Guimeet will cover the two-way shipping costs. For issues not related to product quality or for products that are out of warranty, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

Firmware Update

To eliminate potential issues caused by firmware version mismatches and to ensure product performance and safety, Guimeet will update your product’s firmware to the latest version.
