Scope of Service

Guimeet warrants to customers who purchase products through its authorized channels that, under normal use, the Guimeet product you purchased is free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. The warranty period begins on the day after you receive the product. If you are unable to provide valid proof such as an order number or purchase invoice, the warranty start date will be determined based on the product serial number, with a 90-day extension from the manufacturing date, or as otherwise defined by Guimeet.

This after-sales service policy applies only to products sold through Guimeet’s official channels.

For products sold through authorized third-party platforms, Guimeet provides in-warranty repair services only. Guimeet does not directly handle returns or exchanges for such products. Please contact the respective seller for return or exchange services.

This service policy applies only to Guimeet products purchased for direct personal use, and does not cover products intended for resale.
